5. Administrative skills include the administrator’s ability to process paper work in an orderly manner.
6. Human-relation skills include understanding other people and interacting effectively with them. They are important because a manager has to use the efforts of other people in order to achieve organizational goals.
7. A person can acquire these skills through education and experience.
